Lo Chef de Partie guida una postazione specializzata e coordina eventuali aiuti cuochi o commis assegnati a quella sezione. Ogni partita è dedicata a una tipologia di preparazione.
Chef de rang (cameriere)
Lo Chef de Rang è il cameriere responsabile di una specifica sezione della sala (detta “rang”), incaricato di accogliere gli ospiti, prendere le comande, servire ai tavoli e coordinare il servizio nella propria area.
LONDON
Chef de partie
The Chef de Partie leads a specialized kitchen station and coordinates any assistant cooks or commis assigned to that section. Each station focuses on a specific type of preparation.
Chef de rang (waiter)
The Chef de Rang is the waiter responsible for a specific section of the dining room. Their duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving at the tables, and coordinating service within their designated area.
